What does the job involve?
You will be at the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring that all of their queries and questions are answered.
Main Duties
Handling customer queries over the phone and face to face.
Maintain a solid understanding of our product range and provide support to our customers looking for the right product.
Carry out inspections and testing of equipment before and after each hire.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
Strong customer focus and willingness to help others.
Friendly telephone manner
Strong work ethic and great attitude to work.
Be able to work using your own initiative.
Ability to adhere to and promote a health and safety culture within the company.
Experience in plant machinery favorable however full training will be given.
